ok...so, I'm back...jet lagged like crazy...but, fortunately, we sprang forward this weekend...so me being wide awake at 4:00 in the morning doesn't feel so bad now that it's really 5:00 in the morning.
So, what to do that early in the morning?? Well, I like to get active and start my day off right by hitting the gym; a place where I get my sweat on and consequently...my laugh on.
This actually happens everyday...but, this time I decided to record it. And, trust me, there's more wack workout habits than this.
Advice: Lower the speed and incline and take your damn hands off the Treadmill base. The last time I checked there are no handles at the top to "spot" you while you walk.
